Hello,

Thanks for stopping in for a visit!  Below are just a
few facts about myself as an artist..........

I live in Colorado where the opportunities are immense for becoming familiar with a wide variety of animals of all kinds. I started painting many years ago and found that my interests centered around those animals.....and even more so around all kinds of domestic pets. For the last several years I have been concentrating on doing animal artwork for pet lovers so that they would be able to preserve their memories of their loving, devoted animal friends. On the gallery page of my site you will be able to view many of the works I have previously done.

It is amazing to me how many of us center our lives around our pets; they become our children when our own children leave the nest. They fill a very lonely void in many people's lives; they even become our best friends. They love us no matter what we do or how we act!

I do my best to keep the memories of your pets
alive by painting very detailed, realistic images
on canvas in rich oil paints. I am able to work
in other mediums as well though my own
preference is oils. Please feel free to look
around my website and see the work that I do.
If you have any questions or comments about
sizes, prices, or anything else send me an email at
memorylanepetart@comcast.net You can also call
me at 303-909-2852.

I always guarantee my work; if you are for any reason not happy with the results I will be happy to refund your money.

Thank you, Kathryn Bixby, Pet Portrait Artist
