Ordering a portrait will be relatively simple. Just contact me with
the info about the painting you would like to have me do. You can
If I can't be reached by phone at a particular time please leave a detailed message, your name and phone number and the most convenient time for me to return your call. I will call you as soon as possible to discuss the painting with you. Please keep in mind your preferences as to the size of it and the medium you prefer.
The best way to get your photos to me is electronically. With a digital camera I have room to make some adjustments if necessary. Please look at
the 'Photos' page for suggestions for good photos. It is possible to paint from 35mm photos also but those photos need to be at least 5x7 or larger to be able to see detail such as eyes, shadowing, coloring, etc. As you might guess I very much prefer digital photos. If you will be sending printed photos though please mail them to Memory Lane Studios, P.O. Box 621084, Littleton, CO 80162. Be sure to support them with cardboard or something so they don't get bent. I promise you will get them back in good shape too!
Paying for your portrait:
My preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you still can pay using their system. I would send you an invoice through PayPal, they in turn would send you notification of money owed and give you several choices of ways to pay. This can be done by various credit cards or directly through your bank account. I have found PayPal to be extremely efficient, safe and dependable. Please let me know if you have any problem with this arrangement.
Shipping is an extra charge. I will do my best
to package the painting well so as to avoid any damage in transit. It will be insured also.
I will let you know the total amount of your purchase and add it to your invoice. Once the payment is received the painting will go out by priority mail so that it will get to you faster with less handling.
